Hmmm I’ve always thought that Sebago would be nice soft leather that would be comfortable summer shoes but the leather is hard, uncomfortable to start with. The shoes look great, and the fit is fine - BUT the leather at the back of the heel is so hard, unyielding and tough that they are impossible to wear for any length of time. I've tried making them more flexible by massaging/manipulating the leather at the back of the heel, and even tried wearing socks with the shoes, but I simply can't envisage wearing them out anywhere as they are so painful.
